I forgot the admin password for this BIOS.So I'm not able to modify anything in BIOS.This is link to the BIOS http://www.sony.co.za/support/download/536372 . I try many ways to unlock but it doesn't work.Please help me! I have PhoenixFlash, but I don't know how to make a ROM. Could anyone help me?

I can't run it. It have an error "FLASHWIN.bat" is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file. How can i run it?

Try to run InsydeFlash.exe directly

It is Not Responding. But now everything in my BIOS changed to Reserved. What's thing could i do now?
