[Request] Lenovo G575 unlock Advanced menu

Could you please help me to unlock advanced menu on Lenovo G575 laptop?

Here is the rom
  LENOVO-41CN28WW(V2.04).rom (Size: 2 MB / Downloads: 5)
I got it with Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit because version from official Lenovo support site is older than the one installed on my laptop.
