Request: Modify Acer 8940G-6865 bios.

Hi guys. First time here. I have a request.

I have the Acer 8940G 6865, with the i7 720qm and gts 250m. The i7 runs super hot. So I was wondering whether you guys can help me unlock the bios, to maybe undervolt the machine.

If possible, please give me detailed instructions on how to do it, as I'm a programmer myself and always wanting to learn new things. And also it's my first time doing this sort of thing, so I'm a little nervous.

Be careful, the download above will flash the BIOS automatically up on opening, and I don't know how to extract the files inside.

This bios wont open in the editor so i CAN mod it but without Setup Emulation.

Could you please post photos of the options that are already available in your bios (all menus)
