Hi, i have some keyboard and mouse issues, i try all to solve it but no ways x,x
so i will like check if bios advance settings dont change by themselft, i read about patching bios but i dont fell to make this by my self, thats why i make new Thread.

If its possible some one to patch it and change Infarmation Main Security and Boot page to any other and tell me step by step how exactly do that.
In forum i saw some patches but i am not sure if will work, so thats why ask.

Hello, me too , I have a the famous Packard Bell DOTS with this hardware configuration (KAV60) :

I flashed with this lastest BIOS 1.16, but after many minutes my system (windows xp) the notebook self-it re-initializes has any time !!!

I try with :
-live usb = auto-reboot has any time

I try reinstall on the HD (from sd-card) = error message and auto-reboot has any time (linux or windows the systems fail !)

Inside the setup, the boot manager and the ms-dos command prompt (for reflash...) the DOTS  is very stable...

I think that the systeme (BIOS 1.16) does not allow the functioning of another o/s, I did not safeguard the origin BIOS unfortunately, my theorie and perhaps good: if you had another bios for unlocked really thank you !
