[Request] Programs and Computer doesn't detect AMD CPU

i have computer with amd cpu and amd overdrive etc amd drivers doesn't detect cpu
AMD e1-1200 apu cpu
model: Compaq cq58
First CPU:Intel Celeron 2.2 GHZ
cpu has overheated then i buyed new cpu and installed
For Fan Control overclock etc
AMD OverDrive : Doesn't Detect CPU error
AMD vision control center: doesn't detect CPU error
Driver : Doesn't detect CPU
how can i fix this error?
edit: Cpu don't support things like fan control overclock etc

Did you replace motherboard?

that was first CPU it have been replaced to amd. it's now amd...

Intel CPU can't be replaced by AMD CPU on the same motherboard.

i gave laptop to service (computronic) i was looking at device manager graphics was amd, cpu amd... service replaced ... i wasn't know they replace to amd ... i don't know what they do (can't be replaced) that they replaced it .... ..... maybe they give me new laptop without info....

Yes, the service have replaced the motherboard with soldered CPU.
You have latest BIOS.
What are versions of "AMD OverDrive" & "AMD vision control center" you have?
"Driver : Doesn't detect CPU" - what's this driver?
