[Request]custom Vbios and Bios recheck

I hope that you are fine.
I want to unlock my vbios of my aorus 15x9 to full undervolt and overclock the gpu. Also i would like to know if i can put a rtx titan in chip in my laptop, or the best chip that i can put there.
If you want money i can pay. I’m not poor, but not for that rich XD.
There is a program that can do this but i'm not sure how safe it is.
