Cannot find a good download of AIDA64 tool (cracked version)
Download also installs a bunch of extra crap on my computer. (bubble dock and all that crap that goes with it)
Do you have a link a the AID software that does not have any spyware in it?

Thank you so very much, for your time.
I was playing around trying to learn. I opened the bin files in win hex and I kept seeing the number 1671. There was also another post that had a similar model number g7-1310sb, so that is how I came up with platform 1671 in my first post.
Under my battery it says rev. 1671-130
By the way don't I know if that was a typo, but, it came with Windows 7 64-bit and I did a fresh install of Windows 10 64-bit.
Just wanted to be sure before downgrading. F66 is my current Bios version.

This is extract from your Result file :

$BVDT$..$$#F.$F.66....................$166C.....................$03.61.01..

01666 = 01666 - 01667 - 01668 - 01669 - 0166A - 0166B
0166C = 0166C - 0166D - 0166E - 0166F - 01670 - 01671 - 01672
0338A = 0338A - 0338B - 0338C

All Models are conducted to only three 01666, 0166C and 0338A so your
is 01671 but correspond to 0166C . . .

0166C = 0166C - 0166D - 0166E - 0166F - 01670 - 01671 - 01672

When Windows load the InsydeFlash.exe executing It then leave that Insyde will
find the Bios Version and It reads into Eeprom's Bios the version so 0166C Wink
I hope the lection is satisfactory . . .

After looking more at the files under winhex I found where it says 166C F66.
So I went for it. Downgraded bios. Applied modded bios file. All went well, it started up fine, went to Intel installed the drivers but no wifi, and the button won't turn it on. Either.
I saw the sticky in this forum about this problem of the wifi button not working. not sure if that is what is needed.
Anyway, the original Broadcom model is BCM94313HMGB
PCID-0690130000204610000620100
If that helps. Thanks for your time and showing me why.
Hope I was not rude, by asking you that earlier.
Paranoid, too many bongs I guess.

OK the Intel card does not work with that bios, nor does the original Broadcom card.
The computer boots, runs great, but, will not turn the card on, any cards.
Installs the card and drivers, but, will not turn on.
Installed F66 and the original cards works again.
Do I have to do that chip clip thing, or is there a simpler way to mod the white list on F66?
I thought I read a post that there was a easier way. Can't find it in search again.
