Request for unlock Panasonic CF-19 (MK1) bios

Hi Friends , I need a help

I got my laptop Panasonic CF-19 MK1 (first version) with phoenix locked bios. I don’t know a password. 

I did a DUMP from eeprom chip M25PE80VG.
Can someone DECODE password from dump or unlock orginal dump ??
Maybe someone can confirm, whether method with changing to FF value string from offset AB0C7A offset AEFFEF in Hex editor will work ??????

I just ordered some new M25PE80VG chips, so I will program them instead orginal bios flash
