SATA 6G on HM65

Hi

I have a Toshiba Satellite-P775 Notebook with Intel-HM65 Chipset, and a Samsung-830 SSD on Port 0.

The SSD Supports SATA 6G. The HM65 Officially Supports SATA 6G on Port 0 and 1.

But the Speed stays at 3G under Windows7.

So Maybe Toshiba Locked the BIOS to 3G? I checked with AMIBCP4.53, but found nothing Specific about SATA Speed.

There is an Locked Option where you can choose between HDD and SSD on the SATA Ports. Maybe this is it?

But I dont know how to Unlock and Flash this.

I found the Problem...

I Deinstalled the Crappy "Toshiba HDD-Protection Tool", and the Speed went straight up from 300MB/s to 500MB/s.

Problem solved.
