Have a Dell Latitude E6320 and need to mod the BIOS to add the SLIC 2.1 in order to be able to validate my Windows installation (is not an OEM installation, is a server license installation).

Server license can also be oem, but, e6230 should already have an slic license installed on it. I think you might be getting confused though... check slic tool kit and see if you have slic 2.1 already on the bios. Don't forget, slic method only activates oem versions of Windows, so unless you use an oem key for the server, and have a dell xrm-ms file, then slic activation won't help you.
