Wink
Hy guys!

I would like to upgrade my cpu (i5 430m) with an i7 740qm or 840qm on my dv7-3150el.

I have already updated my bios to use the new wi-fi card.

Anyone know if it is possible? Or know how i can do it?

If you can, please help me! My CPU is a bit too old! Big Grin

You have motherboard with part number 605699-001 (31UP6MB0150):
System board (motherboard) - With GT320M chipset, 1GB, N11P, 35W SPS-BD SYS FF+ DIS GT320M/1G N11P 45W
Usually FF+ means Full Features motherboard. But I'm not sure about support for quad cores CPU...
