Samsung NP350E5C: how crack intel celeron cpu upgrade block?

Hi, ı bought a i5 3380m for upgrade celeron b820. but with a news and observations, I received, it prevented the upgrade from the 2nd generation to the 3rd generation in the intel celeron series. The computer runs for 30 minutes and shuts down again. i think this has to do with bios. How can I break this barrier? I do not want to be sorry for the money I give. please help me!

ı have hm70 . ıs me_cleaner solve this problem? i think intel_me is causing this problem

Your laptop is based on HM70 chipset. This chipset has well known problem and can't run i3/i5/i7 more then 30 minutes.
Only hub replacing will help. Or you can replace whole motherboard to new one with HM75, HM76 or HM77.
And me_cleaner can't help.
Another solution: put your laptop to sleep state every 25-29 min. This reset a timer. You can use Task Scheduler to do it.
