I'm sorry, but the link to the file (http://rghost.net/49523441) shows that the file has been deleted. Does anyone else have it?

Also, once one obtains this modified BIOS, can someone point me to the utility to use to flash it with? I've only used the "BIOSupdate.exe" from Samsung so far. I quite certain that "BIOSupdate.exe" is not used to flash a ROM file...

Would this mod happen to work with a Samsung Series 7 NP700Z3A-S03US?
It's also a Phoenix Tech. BIOS version 15FD I just wanna make sure.
Also, a really brief explanation of what to do with the files would help.

I have the s05 us. I am currently reading up to attempt to verify this bios will work and will attempt flash soon. This model should be the same as your s03-us, I think just a different hard drive. I will update later

Update: The modified bios 15FD is successful on Samsung NP700Z3A-S05US.

Update 2: After reviewing the many new options available in the modified bios, it appears that all of the (few but important) previous options disapeared. Hyperthreading, Execute Disable Bit, UEFI Boot Support, AHCI Mode Control, Battery Life cycle extension, USB Charge in Sleep Mode,USB S3 Wake UP.

I believe the ahci mode on the original bios had "Auto" and "Manual:> Enabled/Disabled" options avaialable. Some dos/live boot diagnostic tools required the option completely disabled to be able to get disk information. The modified bios appears to have permanently left it Auto/enabled.

Not being able to control UEFI is a danger these models. Use of uefi can brick the machine. (see here) .
