Sony VAIO FS315H Bios unlock

Hi,
a search within your BIOS database showed up this old thread:

where all file aren't available any more.

I’m resurrecting and old Sony VAIO FS315H (Model Series: PCG-7D1M) for writing purposes. As its surprisingly capable of running Windows 7, an extra bump in RAM would be nice. Unfortunately the BIOS show max. 2GiB although 2.5GiB are installed (Windows shows it correctly) and if I try 2x2GiB the laptop won’t even start. Is it possible to unlock this BIOS in this way?
