Sony Vaio VGN-CS31S bios problem

Hello All , for the first sorry for my language .
I`ve tried to flash INSYDE h2o bios with unlocked functions , when i made it with windows 7 with InsydeFlash all was ok till restart.
When i restarted my laptop , windows wont boot , becasue of acpi error.
I cant boot in xp , win7 , cant make a clean install because of acpi.
So i made a install of ubuntu and all works fine.
I readed a lot of forums about flashing bios and cant get to work.
i`ve downloaded from sony site bios (exe file) and uncompressed it so i have a files to flash (file with .rom) , i read that i need to change the name to SonyX64.fd and flashit with flashit.exe in dos. So i made like in most tutorial , ive downloaded win98.zip , dowloaded hirensboot. I`m in dos and when i want to flash i got errors (facp) , ive tried phlash6 too , and it type mi "bios is corupted". I cant flash anything. Linux are ok but still have problem with windows. Can anybody help ? i will be very thankfull.
Also i dot know how to make key combination to read from usb bios file (any fn + , win + , alt+ dot work).
Maybe somebody have original bios file to my laptop so it wil be work on phlash.
I can only boot to xpmini with hiren`s boot.
