The BIOS fix was applied succesfully.
This time I used SLIC Dump ToolKit V2.3F to check SLIC 2.0 to SIC 2.1 change
Thanks for OEM Cetificate... with it I did a DVD install for Sony Vaio
Windows 7 Professional x64 works perfectly fine...
