Did you first test update 250 GTS GOP/EFI vBIOS? If you don't know how, please dump vBIOS from that on another system using GPU-z, under AMD logo you will see little arrow, this will dump vBIOS, upload that file and I can update for you to test. This way I can also check to be sure there is older legacy orom in there and not just UEIF/EFI which your board will not support.

I checked this BIOS, looks like only slot 7 can be x8, slot 4 only x4. There is two ATI option ROM's in this board, maybe it doesn't like Nvidia? J/K, it's probably because this board is too old to run newer card like that.
