Supervisor Password Lenovo T460

Hie guys , recently purchased a 5 th generation Lenovo T460 which is locked with a supervisor password , the bios setup is grayed and I can't do anything , how do I go about reseting the password ....Thanks

Can you boot operating system? Or boot from USB stick?

USB ports are disabled in the bios ,can't boot even from the HDD

Go to police and return it to owner.
