Surface Pro 4 i7 8gb 256gb Lost my BIOS + CHIP Broken by Repairman need BIOS

Hello,

So i took my Surface Pro 4 i7(6650u) 8Gb 256Gb to a computer repair shop and he returned the chip on the CH341a upon close inspection it was bulged and it chipped off i connected it to my other Laptop and it did not detect at first in the software then after sometine it blinks and disconnects, IT SEEMS I HAVE LOST MY ORIGINAL BIOS AND THE CHIP i will buy the other larger sized chip since in my country only that is available and try to jerryrig it but i dont have any BIOS to flash now can you provide me any such BIOS that will not result in bootloops or Stuck on logo issue or TOUCH not working?



I am in over my head now if only i had access to a Hot air station i would not have let it come to this,,,, Your help will be greatly appreciated
