TOSHIBA L655-12L (PSK1JE-04U00HIT) 1333 RAM SUPPORT

Hello everyone,

i have this laptop TOSHIBA L655-12L (PSK1JE-04U00HIT),

it comes originally with two 2GB 1066MHz sticks, so i found two spare 4GB 1333 MHz sticks, tried to put them in, the laptop boots, i can go to the bios and i can clearly see 8192MB of ram, tho when the pc starts booting it fails

tried booting windows, the windows 10 logo appears, then kernel security check failure BSOD, then reboot, repeat...
tried memtest86, it crashes right after starting
tried with linux, starts loading, then the loading circle disappears and it hangs on the boot logo


I found online a modded InsydeH2O bios so i upgraded to 2.40 (https://bios-mods.com/pub/donovan6000/Mo...B10240.zip)

I still dont see an option to downclock the ram from 1333MHz to 1066MHz, would you please help me out? thx

i5-460M doesn't support DDR3-1333, only 1066.
It supports 4GB sticks with 16 chips only (8 on each side).
