Toshiba A215-S4747 Bios 2.30

I'd like to request that this bios be unlocked. I'm looking for any video settings and memory settings, but any and all settings would be wonderful. I'd like to see what this older laptop can do, and being a tech, this bios doesn't offer much of anything.

I'm running windows 7 ultimate 64bit with 4 GB's of G Skill gaming ram. windows reports its only able to use 3.87GB.
