I can confirm that Toshiba Satellite C660-1X3 with Pentium B940 and HM65 chipset IS upgradable to an i5-2520M. Now its capable of playing HEVC video format, no stutter, much, much faster, not all that much because of CPU itself but integrated graphics which is HD 3000 instead of HD 2000 which is in B940 and other entry level 2nd gen mobile cpus.
