I need to reinstall windows? because currently I have installed windows loader by Daz

Used loader? Huh

Maybe that is the cause of the blue screen error.
Reinstall windows, then try re-flash bios mod, please.

I reinstalled windows and bios mod, but... again bluescreen at windows boot

edit: now I have flashed the recovery bios and created RW everything report https://www.box.com/s/nxkqskp25tejw8wg0gxw
