Tpm unlock Dv 6700 ( no tpm or tpm has problem )

Hello , i have a HP DV 6700 and the problem is that when its turned on at the post is the following error : no tpm or tpm has problem.
I have a tl 866 programmer , i programed other version of bios on the eeprom , resoldered it on the mobo , but the problem is still there .

The main problem is that there is no such chip on the motherboard , no tpm chip , i checked every single component on the motherboard , i assure there is no tpm chip on this motherboard .

How can i edit the bios .bin , to remove this tpm problem ?

I got all the tools i need , can someone tell me if there is a string in the bios to " dissable tpm " and to activate this string ? so i can dissable tpm ???
