UNLOCK HIDDEN SETTINGS P5GC-MX

In need an unlock to all settings for this bios. On the asus website there is an update to get this board running at 1066fsb. But with the bios updates nothing changed.

The problem im facing is that i put in a dualcore e8500 at 3.16ghz but it runs maximal at 1.8ghz. The Multiplier is max at 9 and i cant set any voltage settings.

So my question is to unlock all hidden settings (if there are any)
