Unlock Advanced Bios Settings

Hello, i've got problem, i need help in unlock advanced settings i need them, due to computer not work normally this problem happen 2 days ago here's backup of bios (Universal Backup Bios Toolkit) it's Insyde Bios It's not RSA Signed, Computer brought in 2010 Many Problems like Graphics Card Errors and more system crashing, not reading usb here's link to bios file, i cannot upload file here, i reached maximum amount of attachments
