What CPU multiplier do you have set in BIOS, and is EIST And C1E disabled? In that video, is that with or without turbo enabled?

in the video with turbo and speedstep-- (if this is what you mean by eist) and c1 states enabled also voltages set to auto if you see on cpu z voltage around 1.470 while it was set to auto. I set it to 1.250 now and disabled speedstep turbo and cstates tested again cpu still keeps working @40. multipliers in video and now set to 44. I will check now with only turbo enabled c1 and speedstep disabled.

No, speedstep and EIST are separate settings. Disable C1, speedstep, EIST and leave enabled C3
