You're welcome, sorry I can't help more. So they actually reply, with valid question and then don't reply back!? What the heck, you'd think they wouldn't even ask for serial then if they aren't going to send a BIOS update. I'd keep on them, once a week or once every few days

Lol I did keep spamming them emails and phone calls but it was of no luck so I gave up

That's too bad, this is an old chipset/BIOS, so I suspect many companies would not want to update, but they should at least put out a BIOS with turbo mode option!
