Modern laptops with AMD Cpus can get mod (flash mod) using SPI Programmer only!
As i said before, mods for new HP laptops are expensive.
At first, you need programmer to flash mod (cost for some money).
At second, this work is difficult and requires deep knowledge in code.

So you must to get Programmer +Pomona SOIC8 clip (without desolding bios chip).
You can buy it at Ebay or ALI store.

ok, can you reply the full name's of the programmer and the clip sorry (the ebay and google and other give me random results of searching for it)

That tool with all failed tests works with Intel CPUs only so we can identify bios chips name if you have same laptop.
However, that Programmer is universal for most chips of laptop so you can use it
