Update AMI Bios with Intel Microcode for Atom Processors: Impossible to edit?

I want to update Microcode on my AMI Bios.
I've found in download section microcode package 2011


bios can be download from asus support service http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=Eee%20PC%201101HA&p=20&s=1&os=29&hashedid=8AF6gYB7thq87JM8
With 106c2.bin mmtool returns that it isn't a correct file :|
Please illuminate me!

All the BIOS files on the Asus site you linked to open fine for me in MMTool v3.19 "Mod".

Thank you for posting it. i have noticed that mmtool 319mod extract correctly cpu patch (while 3.26 not or better can extract but can't reinsert)
My problem is a little differt When I try to upgrade microcode (downloaded from download section) for my processor i Get:
"This is not a Valid CPU MicroCode Patch file"
Does anyone have microcode for Atom Z520?
