Just another info, intel support website says that supported socket for both CPU are PBGA479, PPGA478

"PBGA479, PPGA478" = only CPU package with 479 balls or 478 pins.
Look at bottom right corner.

Hi again, i installed t7200 cpu but situation is not changed. installing 1 or 2 GB extra ram board vaio restart after bios logo.

Try again a usbkey with Windows 7 installation.
Try to find PC2‑5300 (or PC2‑4200) SODIMM - 1 GB with 8 chips

Hi, thank you. I'll look for sodimm. I'll try with w7 installation usb key but..... i have to test it only or i need to reinstall Win completely?

Ok, yesterday i flashed bios, the original bios not permit use of usb drive for booting. After bios flashing installing 3 or 4 GB RAM vaio boot in normal mode and works fine. rebooting system is ok but if i turn off then on system vaio reboot continuously after bios logo. Only re-flashing bios vaio recognize and use, only for the first boot, more than 2GB of RAM.
Any ideas?
