VAIO R0300Y8 advanced audio settings mod!!!

Hi,

I need an AMI Bios - R0300Y8- mod for my Sony Vaio. My internal speakers and headphone device suddenly stopped working and after HOURS of online forum searching I found I simply need to do this http://scott.yang.id.au/2011/03/ati-hdmi...lugged-in/
i.e go into the advanced BIOS menu and change the audio settings.

I have no idea how to get a screenshot of of my original BIOS but if you need it just let me know howta get it

desperately need the mod , i have no sound whatsoever and i dont have a tv in my dorm fml
