Vostro 400 DELL can you unlock bois?

Some pple say its impossible to unlock dells bois but I
see some dells on here. If its possible and someone can do it
I can throw some money after i test to make sure it works
I ask this because the admin 1234 I saw a post on another site
where he said he was able to do it with the vostro 400.

There is an unlock but he took it down because there was a SUPER HIGH failure rate. I can mod it for you, but theres a good 90+ chance of bricking it, unless you have a backup bios chip

I seem to remember that there was , to quote from TheWiz , a SUPER HIGH failure rate (Read SUPER HIGH as 100%)

Every flash on these bioses failed , so we removed them from the site

Well, if someone has a backup bios chip, it seems like some flash failures are attributed to when people unlock health monitor, don't ask why, but we could try with that disabled.
