WWAN whitelist removal for HP Elitebook 2170p

Hello, i have tried to install a WWAN card on elitebook 2170p which is running the latest bios.
The machine gives a warning that an invalid WWAN card is installed.The bios details are below


BIOS Version: F.61 Rev.A(10 Apr 2015)
File name: sp71175.exe (9.6 MB)

Hi friend,
only and not all sp5xxxx.exe can be modded all the rest have an RSA Internal Check !
So only using an HW SPI Progrmmer cna be rewrite back !

Thank you.I appreacite you effort to reply with a solution to my query however From the link i have noted that its not very easy.I will check around and get a certified card for use .I think its easy that way.Getting some of the indicated devices in Kenya is almost impossible unless i buy and ship them in.
