Windows Installations Software

Hello,

after about 15 years ago I'm doing a Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installation.
I'm nearly finished, but I'm searching for some missing software.
But I'm so far away from the Windows ecosystem, I don't find it anymore.

What do I need:

- Is there a working Activator for Windows 7 ?
- What maintainance tool is good? Iused TuneUp Utilities back in the day.
- I don't find a working version of net.framework 4.x.
  The ones from the Microslop page don't want to install.
- Firefox 115esr is tle last version for Win7. Is there a newer one?

I'm also searching for a custom BIOS for my Sony VAIO VPCF12M1E,
that's the machine I'm installing Windows on. It is VERY limited.
It has a Core i5-520, GeForce 330 and PM55 chipset.
