You now have a CPU frequency option (overclocking) but it can only be set on 66mhz 100mhz 133mhz or 200mhz

one question? is there the option to regulate the voltage
so i can undervolt my too hot p4??

I didnt see one

If your P4's running hot , open the case and get rid of any dust - unscrew the CPU fan and get rid of any dust clogging up the heatsink. Possibly check the thermal paste between heatsink cooler and cpu - apply a fresh layer if needed

Or buy an after-market cooler (if your still using the stock one)

Also install a couple more case fans if theres room
