ami Dell vostro 260 extract rom request

HI,
if you please can help me to extract the .rom from the bios:

it's the version 10.
On windows 7 64bit, if I try to update the bios via .exe I get and error when I try to install it (I fould that is a common problem for this bios)...so I would like try to use the ami update bios tool.

the MB is a MIH61R MB (jetway?)

This bios should let me to put more than 4gb of ram...can you please also look on the properties of this bios if there is any limitation about the amount of the ram used?
