as I said . 
I tried that on win 7 and got the same exact results

seams like more work than it is worth it , 
once I had win 7 ult on , I just upgraded to win 10 pro and that over rules the BIOS anyway, 
once microsoft server saves the hardware ID of this laptop as win 10 Pro it will always be that way.
