All OK now. I think on previous screenshot the reason was TDP throttling.

may i ask ?

do you think i can upgrade to :
1- intel core i7 840qm since it's TDP 45 same as 740qm?
2- intel core i7 940xm (55 TDP) since intel chipset hm55 (also hm57) support up to 55 TDP (according to cpu-upgrade)

I think that i7-940XM will burn your laptop, but you can try to use i7-840QM.
