Hello! I am using HP Pavillion dm3-1132tx. I managed to unlock my bios's advanced and power settings and also the Display Mode setting under the "System Configuration".
My objective is to disable the Nvidia Hybrid Graphics, disabling the onboard Intel graphics and use only the Nvidia G105M.
So yeah as I said, I managed to unlock my Display Mode and edit to dGPU but my screen backlight doesn't work! It is not switching on and I have to use my own torchlight to see whats on the screen. I checked the Device Manager the Intel graphic is really disabled and only G105M could be found. So yeah I managed to get what I wanted except for the screen backlight problem and so anyone has any idea on how to fix it? Could it be somewhere in Nvidia's VBios requires editing?
