(deleted) my bios [ANV-15-41-R4B8]

i was trying to dual boot linux but was to lazy to go buy a usb (i have one now), whilst using "esyuefi" to load "rEFInd" as the boot manager/loader, and somehow i (deleted) it up, i clicked the wrong button on easy uefi and reboot or some Ship (i wish i could tell u what i did in specifics saying "i clicked the wrong button" isnt helpful at all, but it was 4am and i was practically half asleep at the time) and now whenever i turn it on the fans spin, keyboard lights up but the screen doesnt show anything, not even acer logos, i have already tried the crisis mode, rebooting it using the defult bios key strokes, i attempted to refresh the nvram and Ship by removing the battery, but i dont have the right size screwdriver for that atm so for now i cant do that


im pretty tech literate but even just the uefi stuff was probably out of my depth in comparison to the research i did, and im completely clueless when it comes to bios crisis , and would really appreciate some advice on what to to, i do apologiese if this post is a topic that has already been covered or something i did try and do a bit of searching before making one, but couldnt find posts about this specfic laptop (they probably exist and even if they dont the resoruces too understand bios flashing is out there but i am going through a very stressfull time in my life and cant dedicate the time to it, sorry)
