dv9000 help

hi,

i have a dv9880ep which his original board died on me, and i ordered a replacement from china that oddly enough wouldn't accept my original T8400 2.4GHz CPU, but, to my surprise when i tested it with a lower 1.86GHz dual core it worked!
So i mounted this lower cpu and now am looking for a bios to unlock mine and others cpu support.

I went to hp support webpage but they only provide winflash app with bios insisde. can't download from one pc to flash another without hdd installed via usb.

If you guys could provide me a link/bios with cpu's and all that's possible unlocked i'd really appreciate. also some usb boot flash instructions would be nice.

Be sure the board is running the LATEST BIOS Rev !
