Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with current CPU.
And you need to stress current GPU and CPU simultaneously: run Furmark & LinX (with idle process priority).
Make screenshot of HWMonitor when GPU & CPU temperatures will stop rising.

i see there is a problem i have hm55 chipset i think he not support this cpu. i have moded cooling system and temperature problem fixed no problem. i have different heatsink.

You are right. HM55 doesn't support Sandy Bridge core.
