The version of microcode is correct.
Your CPU must work in dual mode for memory, but it doesn't. Single mode only for all variants of DIMMs.

what i can do right now ?

Find 2Gb (or 1Gb) DIMM.
Test 2Gb(1Gb) in DIMM1 and 4Gb in DIMM2. Check available memory in Windows (with integrated graphics).
Then test 4Gb in DIMM1 and 2Gb(1Gb) in DIMM2. Check available memory again.
