My mobo is Asus P5QL-CM intel g43 chipset
Can someone mod p5ql-cm bios to enhance performacne , features or better overclocking?

Unfortuantely theres nothing further to unlock in thsi bios although you already have lots of overclocking and perrformance settings!

I need to change memory and cpu Speed seperate, but only method is to increase fsb which increases both CPU and Memory speed. Can you add or unlock an option to increase ram speedd without changing FSb?
Can NB frequency changed added? or
Memory clock rate change?

Once again as 1234s282 just told you:
There's nothing further to unlock in this BIOS although you already have lots of overclocking and performance settings!
Maybe pressing CTRL F1 or CTRL F9 or CTRL ESC while in BIOS will give you these options.
You can ask a hundred times more, we can't unhide anything with the BIOS when there is nothing hidden...

mubaidr, you definitely should learn what can be done on your system and what can't.

NB frequency is AMD feature. While you have Intel. So get learn some basic stuff before asking unreal things.
