please help to change BIOS splash screen

i have a new HP 246 G1 notebook PC
i got it from tamil nadu govt. the bios splash screen is photo of state cheif minister
everytime i switch on my laptop i have to see the annoying picture
i want to change that ugly splash screen and use official HP splash screen.
i used 'universal bios backup toolkit 2.0' to take back up of my present bios and loaded it in 'ezh20_2.1.0.4.exe' insyde bios editor. but the splash screen to be replaced is not showing there when i loaded the bios backup file. i also tried updating my bios to latest version insyde F.04
i tried to enable 'fast boot' but that option is not available in this version of bios
these methods does not work
please tell me how to disable splash screen or how to change the splash screen.

I see on some HP DMI tools option to change wallpaper
I think is splash screen.
