q8300 support for ASUS P5B-MX

When I install q8300 there is no display.

I want q8300 to support this. Is it possible? Yhank you for your time.

This motherboard doesn't support FSB=1333 Mhz that's required for Core 2 Quad Q8300.

But I think that will not help - 946GZ chipset doesn't support 45-nm CPUs.
