i want to use the raid function of my computer

is an medion oem pc main board is msi 7502
can you unlock this
an another thing i have an intel core 2 quad Q8400 processor
but the front side bus is runnen at 332.5 mh insted of 333 mhz

i run windows 7 home premium 64 bit

edit there is no processor sensor etc in the bios
