It's official BIOS update.
Make a bootable floppy, DVD or USB-stick by this tool and replace original BIOS file with modded version.
Then boot from it to flash.

is it possible that the cpu i both does not have a built in gpu?
if i buy a gpu for it woud that fix the issue?

All CPUs for LGA771 have no integrative graphics.

I don't know but you can try.
Current BIOS hasn't support for 45-nm CPU. I've added suitable microcode only.
