I have a hpe pavlion dl140 gen 3 server and i both/buyyed a cpu for and its not supported. i need to mod the bios but how do i do that?

i buyyed an intel xeon e5450 and the cpu in the system was an intel 5160
it says cpu unsupported

BTW: have you a hardware programmer to recover BIOS in bad cases?
